Rothschild Realty Inc., established in 1981 as a real estate investment advisor, has $800 million under management through Five Arrows Realty Securities.

Five Arrows Realty Securities I, II, III and IV are a series of funds established in 1996 for institutional investors.  These funds have invested over $1.2 billion into nineteen public and private real estate operating companies.  These investments involve the private placement of convertible debt and preferred equity.  The Five Arrows funds have a gross internal rate of return since inception of 17% and have distributed over $1.1 billion to investors in the form of return of capital, capital gains and current income.

On March 31, 2007, Rothschild Realty Managers LLC, which is unaffiliated with Rothschild North America Inc. and Rothschild Realty Inc., became the manager of Five Arrows Realty Securities I, II, III and IV.  The employees of Rothschild Realty Managers LLC are former employees of Rothschild Realty Inc.
